GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to public road passenger transport services, both domestic and within the European Union, for all occasional services provided by the Club VTC Cooperative, using one or more vehicles with a capacity of up to nine passengers.

The Club VTC Cooperative offers its clients various transport services, including chauffeur-driven car rentals, train station and airport transfers, and other transport services in France and internationally, upon request from any individual or corporate entity.

For a reservation to be valid, the client must provide all required information as detailed in Article 1-1, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The company operates under:

Club VTC Cooperative (900 820 945 R.C.S. Bobigny)

107 rue Danielle Casanova 93200 Saint-Denis.

Purchasing transport services from Club VTC implies full adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale, with no exceptions or modifications to the stated provisions.

Article 1-1: Information and Documents to be Provided to the Transporter

Before providing the requested vehicle(s), the client must provide the transport company, in writing or via a traceable electronic method, with the following details:

Dates, times, and itineraries:

•The date, time, and location of vehicle availability.

• The date, time, and location of initial passenger pickup and final drop-off.

•The date, time, and location of intermediate stops.

• If applicable, any specific route requirements.

Passenger group composition:

• The total number of passengers.

• The number of passengers under 18 years old (if transporting minors).

Luggage specifications:

• The estimated total volume.

• Any fragile or valuable items.

• Any special luggage requirements.

Communication details:

•The client must provide a telephone number and/or email address that allows the transporter to contact them 24/7.

Article 2: Pricing

All prices displayed on the Club VTC website (www.club-vtc.com) and brochures are inclusive of VAT, with a standard VAT rate of 10%, in accordance with the General Tax Code applicable to public road passenger transport.

Price changes: Club VTC reserves the right to modify its rates at any time without prior notice.

Additional charges: Club VTC may apply extra fees for unforeseen events or special requests, including:

Transporting animals

Oversized luggage

Additional passengers

Extra travel distances or hours

Vehicle damage (intentional or unintentional)

Pricing includes:

Chauffeur-driven vehicle rental or door-to-door transfers

Passenger and luggage insurance

Waiting time allowances (see Article 6)

Article 3: Online Reservations and Payments

Club VTC offers secure online payment for individuals and corporate clients, subject to:

Providing complete and accurate details via the online booking form.

Accepting the general terms and conditions of sale before confirming a reservation.

Online bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure.

✔ Club VTC reserves the right to cancel reservations up to the day before the trip, with no cancellation fees or compensation for the service provider.

Article 4: Order Confirmation via Website

All online orders made through www.club-vtc.com will only be validated and accepted upon email confirmation from Club VTC.

Article 5: Order Confirmation via Email, Phone, or SMS

Orders placed via phone, email, or SMS must be confirmed by email and comply with Article 1-1 conditions before validation.

Article 6: Delays and Waiting Fees

Club VTC reserves the right to charge waiting fees as follows:

Airport pick-up: €85/hour after 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting from the official flight arrival time.

Train station pick-up: €65/hour after 20 minutes of waiting from the official train arrival time.

Hotel, office, or home pick-up: €65/hour after 20 minutes of waiting beyond the agreed pickup time.

🚫 If the client does not arrive within 20 minutes of the agreed time, and no communication is received, the service will be canceled, and the full booking amount will be charged.

Article 7: Transporter Delays

✔ Club VTC guarantees punctuality. However, in case of delays exceeding 45 minutes, the client may request a refund of 10% to 100% of the prepaid amount, subject to:

Submitting a refund request within 15 days of the service.

Approval from Club VTC, with no additional fees or compensation.

Force majeure events such as road accidents, weather conditions, strikes, security concerns, or police interventions release Club VTC from liability and do not warrant compensation.

Article 8: Animal Transport

Club VTC reserves the right to refuse pets in its vehicles.

If accepted, pets must be placed in a transport cage.

Article 9: Liability and Insurance

✔ Club VTC commits to performing all transport services under optimal conditions, complying with client requirements and road safety laws.

Club VTC liability is covered by an all-risk insurance policy (Groupama Contract No. 42133936G0001/75), including:

Comprehensive passenger and luggage coverage.

Unlimited liability for bodily injuries.

Delays due to road traffic conditions, extreme weather, or safety-related incidents do not qualify for compensation.

Article 10: Safety Regulations

For safety and cleanliness, passengers must not:

Smoke or eat in the vehicle.

Transport hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, corrosive, or toxic substances).

🚫 Violating these rules may result in service cancellation with no refund.

Article 11: Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellations or modifications must be requested via email, phone, or SMS at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund.

🚫 Requests made less than 48 hours before departure are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Article 12: Claims and Disputes

✔ These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.

✔ Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court.

Complaint Procedure:

All complaints regarding a service must be submitted in writing within 15 days following the service date.
